Catalytic converts replacement Called Mark and he took care of my repair needs. The repair was completed on the same day. It took 7 hours and I chose to wait in the service lounge. Called Mark and he took care of my repair needs. The repair was completed on the same day. It took 7 hours and I chose to wait in the service lounge. Donuts and coffee was provided while we waited. Mark provided updates during the wait. He updated me 4 times. It is nice to know your not forgotten while you wait for repairs. More
