Not only did he do his job he went above and beyond. I explained to him that I was leaving for Northern California the next morning. I pull a travel trailer behind my F-150. He recommended some things and provided me with places I could get these things done. He did not have to do this but he did. We talked before I left and he wished me well. She transferred us to Jake Linnell when we arrived at the dealership. Jake was extremely knowledgeable about the Expedition and the various options. We looked at the other Expeditions just to be sure and then drove the one we wanted. The sales process went professionally and smoothly. Our loan was pre-approved by our credit union. Chris Montalvo handled all the loan paperwork and extended service and warranty options, making a onerous process bearable. More
