He immediately setup an appointment to bring my car in, reviewed the issue, repaired the car, and had it back to me in less than 3 days. This same issue wasn't even diagnosed at the local dealer after having the vehicle for over a month. Ryan and his staff took the time to review the repairs, explain what caused the problem, and reassured me that the car was 100% repaired. The overall care and attitude that I received from the staff was above and beyond. I wasn't a previous customer of Friendly Ford, but I am now and would highly recommend them for their service.
