I had a dealership look at it and was sent away because they could not find "anything" wrong with it. I was very adamant that there was something wrong so I gave Friendly Ford in Geneva, NY a try! My husband purchased his F150 there and has all of the service performed there. I told Lee Ward in the Service Dept. what was wrong and he assured me that they would find what was wrong with it. Randy Salerno who serviced my Escape never gave up and found that I needed the transmission rebuilt!! Guess what? My Ford Escape never stalled again and now I will continue to have my Ford serviced at Friendly Ford! More

She found the colors we were looking for and then explained about the different options that came with our vehicles. We were sold immediately with her friendliness and her knowledge of the vehicles. Next was the Financing Department where we met with Ben Austin and Elisabeth Humphrey who found great rates and offered additional extended warranty packages as well as protective packages. I know that making a decision about finances is not easy but Ben and Elisabeth made it easy for us! We have told our family and friends about Friendly Ford and highly recommend them to everyone who want a hassle free buying experience. In fact, our neighbors bought a Ford Flex and are super happy with there experience! Jeff McKee, General Manager, and his staff are to be commended for there efficient and friendly sales staff and the experienced service staff. Mark, along with the rest of the Friendly Ford staff, went above and beyond to see that I was completely satisfied with every aspect of our transaction. Working as many hours as I do it can be difficult to make it in to the dealship for a test drive. Not with Friendly Ford. They brought the truck right out to my place of business so that I could test drive it on my lunch break. Mark Yeatts is the man! Long story short...I got screwed over by James Provenzano for the people at fingerlakes Chrysler and Mark Yeatts got me out of paying 8 times what the Long story short...I got screwed over by James Provenzano for the people at fingerlakes Chrysler and Mark Yeatts got me out of paying 8 times what the car was really worth and even got my interest rate chopped in half after James Provenzano screwed me! He went above and beyond to make sure I didn't get stuck with thst piece of crap car from fingerlakes Chrysler and he got us an amazing deal on a brand new Ford Focus. He also sold me my other truck last month which I love and couldn't be happier with which is the reason I went back to Mark Yeatts at Friendly Ford. He treats me with respect and he is a great friend instead of a sleezy salesman. If you have been screwed by anyone go to Mark and tell him I sent you. Trust me he will take care of You!
