Excellent experience from start to finish!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience with purchasing our truck. After having wasted time at countless other dealers and sales associates, I I couldn't have asked for a better experience with purchasing our truck. After having wasted time at countless other dealers and sales associates, I couldn't be happier we decided to make the 4 hour trip. Our experience with Carl was second to none... even with our cranky toddler he stayed positive and helpful. I can't stress enough how satisfied we were with our experience!! Rodney had such a great sense of humor. Especially while waiting on hold with our insurance company for over an hour to get our insurance binder and cards so we would be safe driving from Penn Yan back home to Gates. Rodney stayed late and never seemed like it was a bother. He was wonderful to work with. We will definitely recommend Friendly Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM to our family and friends! More
