Truly the worst local dealership i have experienced. It was so bad I don’t even know where to begin. Let’s start with the salesman Nick. My husband was talking to him about upgrading our 2021 f150 to a It was so bad I don’t even know where to begin. Let’s start with the salesman Nick. My husband was talking to him about upgrading our 2021 f150 to a dodge 2500. The f150 as well as my 2022 Bronco were bought at Friendly Ford in Hamilton with no issues and zero complaints! I’m not sure why my husband did not go right to regular sales lady at Ford; Morgan, but at any rate had sent everything over to Nick at dodge on a Wednesday. On Friday I realized what was going on and told my husband he needed to stop dealing with him and let Morgan do this deal as she always has done. My husband was very clear with Nick my wife will not buy from dodge and apologized. My wonderful sales women called there explained her close relationship with us and what I wanted. When they blew her off and told her no I called and spoke to their Manager Nathan. I was very clear in expressing I didn’t want them doing this and I only trust one person and to hand the deal over to her or I wouldn’t do the purchase. Nate became rude and raised his voice stating they are all the same company what was the difference?” I explained the difference was who I trust and that I wanted the truck unboarded and transferred or their was no deal. He stated that was fine and would do that. Nick had told my husband he could pick the truck up and everything was done. What was not true about this was the truck was not able to be picked up because the approval was conditional not confirmed. Saturday Morgan at Ford took over and was trying to get the dmv stuff done. At that point she had been to dodge to pick up my truck and they wouldn’t give it to her. When I went to dodge everyone blamed Morgan for not having her stuff done which was not true I had been in contact with her all morning and afternoon she had everything and was putting insurance on the new truck. When I got to dodge and wanted an explanation as to what the problem was and why the truck was still sitting outside Nate and Nick both get defensive and called Ford to have someone come get the truck so I would leave their dealership as I was “yelling” in 10 minutes of walking in the request I made the day before was finally being listened to. Had they done as I was asking I would have never had to go down there. Everyone in that building walks around like they are something very important. Let me explain to you they are sales people not the Pope! Nate expressed he did not know “your only a temp” my husband is not a temp at his employment he is a Forman on a construction crew building bridges! They are rude and arrogant. For me that won’t get you very far! If you are going to do business go to Friendly Ford talk to Morgan or Heidi and if there’s a vehicle you want at Friendly dodge they can make it happen for you so you don’t need to deal with pushy, asinine and cocky salesman. Nothing about this establishment is warm and welcoming. If I could give them a zero star I would. Good luck if you chose to use them for any car buying experience. More
