Very good experience purchasing my new Corvette. I wasn't even sure when I stopped in if I wanted one of the newer Corvettes' (I currently have a 2004). Friendly Chevy had a good selection of Corvettes' and the right one was sitting on the showroom floor. Couldn't of designed it better if I ordered it myself. Justin was very helpful and informative about the vehicle and did not pressure. The vehicle was priced right even with their new no haggle pricing - it was pretty close to where I would of started at in the negotiating process. The overall process was really good, vehicle was cleaned up, gassed up and ready to go in no time at all. Justin and everyone we came in contact with at Friendly Chevrolet were very helpful and excited for me on the purchase. I would purchase from Justin and Friendly Chevrolet again. More
I would recommend friendly chevrolet anyone looking to buy a new or used car. The salesman I worked with was Andrew Pellett And I honestly feel calling him a salesman is the wrong title. He was not just trying to sale me a car...He was sincerely there to get me what I was looking for and have me leave with nothing less than satisfaction . The service I received from him was above and beyond anything I've ever had at any dealership. He was informative and truly wanted to put me in a vehicle I wanted and could work for my budget. The entire staff is friendly...they have a great waiting area which is family friendly..my children loved the play room and the free soda and popcorn:) I stated and stand by this... Working with Andrew was a great experience and even if I left friendly without a car..I was overly pleased with the customer service I received and will always refer anyone I know looking to purchase a car to friendly Chevrolet, Particularly to Andrew Pellett. I LOVE MY NEW CHEW MALIBU!!! More

Ok so here it is!! I purchased a 2008 Grand Prix with expired tabs; took delivery with expired tabs had to return to the dealership that evening to obtain the 21 day permit; I was the one that noticed it expired tabs; took delivery with expired tabs had to return to the dealership that evening to obtain the 21 day permit; I was the one that noticed it half way through the day; the deliver was taken without the salesman present; was helped by another individual I believe his name was Dave; there was no orientation to the vehicle or its internal knobs on delivery; I had to ask about your service departments hours this information was not offered; I called the sales man prior to delivery a few days the phone was answered by your receptionist was transferred to another sales man's voice mail; had to call back again and then was connected to Jeremy's voice mail; the receptionist was not as friendly or apologictic about the first call; she needs some training. Overall the dealership should have dispatched a oourier to my office with the 21 day permit so that I would not be sweating bricks on driving back to get it; when the issue was discussed with Jeremy about what happens if I get stopped his response was "just show the paper work to the policeman." Not what I wanted to hear. Overall I give your dealershi a "C" not even close to your name. Sorry but this is the truth. More

This included the color and price we requested. Due to my husbands disabillity at the time, they brought one out to the house for us to try out. There was no pressure on us to buy.He was very helpful giving us a fair deal on trading in both of our cars.We would go back to him again and reccomend him to freinds and family who are thinking of buying a car. To the owner of Friendly Chevy...Paul Roby is awesome! In December 3 days before Xmas my 2006 Saturn Vue was hit in the front near your dealership. I wasn't hurt but my beautiful Vue was missing a wheel and December 3 days before Xmas my 2006 Saturn Vue was hit in the front near your dealership. I wasn't hurt but my beautiful Vue was missing a wheel and much of it's front end, I rode with the tow driver to your service department with no idea what to do other than call my husband. Paul Roby met me at the service entrance and within an hour had called my insurance company, the other drivers insurance company, got me a loaner vehicle (yes really), called my husband and helped me move about 20 gift wrapped items for my families Christmas from the Vue to the Impala I was going to drive! They were going to use my wife's Cadillac as a "shuttle vehicle" to bring another customer home. My wife had her car there for an oil change and decided to wait there till it was done. The female Fridley Chevrolet employee must have thought my wife had left and proceeded to tell another customer that they would be taking the black Cadillac and pointed to the wife's car. My wife made her presence known and the employee switched gears and told the customer they would be taking another vehicle. I'll bet that if the wife had not been there and they used her car as a "shuttle vehicle" and we asked why there was "X" additional miles on her odometer, they would have said "Oh, we just took it out on the road to make sure everything was okay." I've heard that one before...and now it makes me wonder. We will never take our cars there again. Would you?!! More
