I had 2 cars to trade, and since I live 60 miles from dealership, I sent photos of both cars via email so they could give me some idea of their trade value Tuesday - emailed to confirm that they had received my information and sent VIN#s as requested Wednesday - No contact from dealer, so I called to see if car was still for sale and if so, to arrange for test drive. Left voicemail - no response. Left work and drove an hour to dealership. The car was still for sale, and I took it for a test drive. Afterwards, met with salesperson and manager to discuss terms. Manager said he needed a day to value my trades, and that he would be out of the office on Thursday, but would contact me on Friday Thursday - no contact Friday - NO CONTACT Saturday - no contact - so I waited until early afternoon and then emailed the manager and asked about the status of our "deal". He responded by telling me THE CAR HAD BEEN SOLD ON FRIDAY MORNING! How does that happen? Worst experience ever with a car dealership. More

Buyers beware that they will lure you in with a great price but then tell you that the vehicle you want has sold. Then they will offer you the same vehicle but for a more expensive price. The service department is even worse, they cannot install mud flaps correctly, and don't even know how wash a vehicle, or how to put windshield washer fluid in!! Worst of all.....they are more concerned about getting a great survey review from you than actually taking care of YOUR concerns!!!! I will NEVER return to this dealership. They managed to take my dream of buying a new vehicle and turn it into a nightmare!! More

I did need to have my gas pedal replace then she was trying to say I have 2 other things wrong with my car. I declined to have these 2 other things that needed to be done and she said I was still on the hook for the $95.00 diagnostic charge. Keri then said her Technician do not work for free. NOT quibbling on the price of my purchase vehicle was understood. The quibbling was over my TWO trade-ins: one upsidedown Elantra, the other trade-in was my free n clear, spotless and excellent condition F150 Lairet. I needed a bigger truck for my purpose. I felt hounded and actually got in my Lariet to drive away and scratch the whole thing, with some 4 or 5 salesmen and service and whoever found the conversation 'entertaining to listen to just standing around myself and the Iraqi-Vet employee. Being a Woman Veteran, I felt like I was "In Country" and being interrogated Feeling like i was in the den of a wolf pack, they finally budged some $500 more on my trade-in truck. THAT is where the dickering came in. You have the power on the trade-ins, but they don't quite add up unless you relentlessly push for it.... it was after-hours when they pushed until i had no more patience or energy. They were not very friendly at all.' More

As in the prior transaction, Chris provided so much knowledge and expertise about our vehicle of choice, its like he studied the vehicle specs. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was very customer oriented and was concerned about what was best for us - what a great sales person! We found the Traverse we were looking for, got a great price for our trade-ins and never felt we were being cheated like some dealership do. GREAT job Chris! Great job Friendly Chev, this is what will set you apart from the others. I highly recommend working with the great folks here, from sales to finance, they were all wonderful. He Wow, what an experience! My family was recommended to work with Rob Owens and from that first phone call, I knew it would be a great relationship. He set us up with Jimmy Rowe, who took us through all of the features on the used Traverse cars we were interested in. We had the kids in tow and he was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and pretty awesome with helping us find the right one. I got a great deal for my trade, thanks to Rob, and working with the finance department was painless, efficient and very easy. Less than three hours later I was driving away in my brand new Chevy. I couldn't be happier, and I've never had a car experience like this before. Just hoping to continue the great relationship established and they will have me as a lifelong customer! More
