I called Freindly Chev to see if the car was still available, they said it was, I drove over a hour to get there and when I got there, they said it was sold, I kept seeing the car on all the websites available, they said it was, I drove over a hour to get there and when I got there, they said it was sold, I kept seeing the car on all the websites that whole week, so on Friday I texted the salesman that the car was still on their website and asked if it was available again, he said he would check, 2 + hrs later he finally said it was available, I drove back up there and bought it! If I wouldn’t have texted him I would have lost the car! More
Horrible service! !! Scheduled an appointment my service van for oil change and to diagnose ac/heater control issues. When I got there they told me it was a drop off-wh !! When I got there they told me it was a drop off-when I made the appointment they never told me that it was a drop off. So they said they will call me to come back because it's gonna take 4 hours. Waited and got no call that evening. Next morning I called them myself and the lady at service pulled up my information and said it was done. Not knowing when I get there the advisor told me nothing had been done on the vehicle. First they didn't even bother to update me and lied that the vehicle was done and wasted my time to come in. That's shows that there service is horrible and they do not care about their customers. These are lazy and unprofessional people. They just lost a company's business!!! More
Bought a new truck in March. Salesman promised chips to be installed in the 2nd or 3rd quarter. Called today still no chip or date to get one. They lie to make a sale. Stopped in at 10:30 to get a quote, gave the salesman until 2:30 and still no quote was prepared. He claimed he would text it in between but failed to do so. Also, kept pushing to get our trade valued until 2:30 and still no quote was prepared. He claimed he would text it in between but failed to do so. Also, kept pushing to get our trade valued first which we wanted to handle separately. 2 Ford dealers had quotes on paper immediately and valued the trade while we test drove. Embarrassing for Chevy. Won’t be buying from them. More
They were great! I was able to get in really quickly to test drive the vehicle I was looking at, and the sales person I worked with (Tony Brama) was great about answe I was able to get in really quickly to test drive the vehicle I was looking at, and the sales person I worked with (Tony Brama) was great about answering all my questions without pressuring. He even took the time to make sure I was familiar with all the controls, how to adjust the seat, sync my phone, etc. after the paperwork was signed and I was ready to drive away. Everyone was super helpful and quick getting back to me, and Jim Partin was a big help with the financing and helped get a better rate than what I originally had lined up through my credit union. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend! More
