They took the hassle out of buying a new truck with all the help and resources at hand. A real fine and bless atmosphere in this dealership. the help and resources at hand. A real fine and bless atmosphere in this dealership. More
I spent almost an hour and a half at the dealership and accomplished nothing. The customer’s time is just as valuable as the dealerships time I have an expectation to be treated in that fashion. I spoke with another dealership a few days later and was able to accomplish everything that I needed in less time and purchased a vehicle. More
Phenomenal customer service. I've worked with Heath before and he was great then too, if he can make it happen, he makes it happen! I'll be back again because of him. We drove from Atlanta ready to buy this vehicle and left feeling that we had just avoided a very bad deal. Our concern was never simply the vehicle itself. Our concern was the overall way the transaction feeling that we had just avoided a very bad deal. Our concern was never simply the vehicle itself. Our concern was the overall way the transaction was presented and handled from start to finish. First, the vehicle was not presented with the level of clarity that buyers deserve. We were given the impression that we were looking at a first-owner type of vehicle, but after reviewing the reports ourselves, we found that it had already been titled and registered as a corporate fleet vehicle in Michigan. The history also showed towing-related entries and charging-related service history. Those are material facts, and buyers should not have to uncover them on their own after driving hours to the dealership. Second, the financing process raised major concerns. The first loan terms shown to us were extremely expensive and would have resulted in a huge finance cost over the life of the loan. Later, when the structure of the deal changed, the terms improved significantly. That raised serious concerns about what exactly was being presented to us at each stage of the process. Saying that “banks determine the rates” does not change the fact that these offers were presented inside the dealership by dealership staff. Third, and most concerning of all, the paperwork became more troubling the closer we got to signing. We believed we were reviewing a deal structured one way, but the documents reflected something much more complicated, including a joint credit application, a co-applicant, a co-buyer structure, and title-related paperwork with additional names that were not being explained clearly. We had to slow everything down, read the documents ourselves, and catch these issues on our own. That is not a minor misunderstanding. That is exactly the kind of experience that destroys trust. Fourth, this was not simply a matter of “required paperwork.” Of course paperwork is required. The real issue is whether the structure of the deal is being explained honestly, directly, and in plain language before people are pushed toward signatures. In our case, the process felt rushed, confusing, and unnecessarily difficult to follow, especially when major details such as financing structure and who was being placed on the deal should have been made unmistakably clear. We came there in good faith, invested the time, the trip, the fuel, and the effort, and were prepared to buy. We did not walk away because we changed our minds. We walked away because the vehicle history, financing presentation, and paperwork process did not feel clear, direct, or trustworthy. Anyone considering this dealership should read every line carefully, verify the vehicle history independently, confirm the warranty status, review the APR and lender, and check every single name on every document before signing anything.
