Took car in for burning excessive oil. They troubleshoot it and said a gasket was to blame. They replaced the gasket even though I told them there was no oil on the ground. $500 later t They troubleshoot it and said a gasket was to blame. When I asked them if they checked for burning excessive oil they said they did not. Don't bend over at this place! More
Bought a 2019 ram on sat 8/06 deal was done mostly by phone and email as I live in okla 700 miles away I asked several times to have the truck serviced and road ready for the trip home the salesman Billy phone and email as I live in okla 700 miles away I asked several times to have the truck serviced and road ready for the trip home the salesman Billy Cowden assured me that it was ready 100% I got there at 2pm picked up truck asked again if truck was road ready stated yes.i left and hour into my trip it started raining used the Wipers to find out the rubber was completely gone couldn't hardly see to drive made it to parts house replaced Wipers was a serious safety issue. Made it home to find no service had been done air and cabin filters have never been changed after being told it had been done. Idk if this was common practice to misinform a out of state customers as they knew I couldn't come back and make them correct the problem. I've contacted the salesman he apologized blamed on the service department. I haven't Been contacted by dealership to offer any compensation for the issue. You would think after spending 39000 on a truck they could have at least kept there word. If you buy a car check to make sure you get what you are promised. I do love my truck and am satisfied with the deal just not the service issue. More

The buying experience was good. Tobin Pride wasn't the problem at all. However, we referred someone that ended up buying an expensive pickup truck the following week and they promised to send me a $100 re problem at all. Went there this summer looking to buy my last new truck, I was dealing with Kurt Bushnell which I had bought several new trucks from before and had good luck with But I had a few credit issues. I told him what I could afford payment wise .Kurt said that I needed to put more money down, but I told him that was all I could do at that time. He said that he would get back to me. And he never did.,so I left a bad review about Kurt and the general manager Bill Lynch seen it and asked me to give him a call. So I did try and call him two different times and was told that he was busy or that he was in a meeting with his boss and owner Susan Langham and I never got to talk to him. They are all a bunch of liars. When I go to buy my last new truck believe me that it won't be from Friendly Chevrolet, I will be taking my business to S&K Buick GMC. Sorry not really Friendly Chevrolet about your loss of the sale of a new truck from me, you should have treated me better than you did shame on you. And tried to make the sale happen for a customer who had bought four new trucks from your dealership. More
