My first Acura RL was purchased in 2005. The car was sold to me by Brian the friendly car salesman. Chris Sampieri is always friendly, helpful, and gives you an appointment that works with your schedule. The car is always ready when promised. When I went to bring my 2005 in for service on May 9, 2012, I did not see myself walking out with a new car. My husband accompanied me to the service department, and before he let me drop it off, we "looked" around. I was dropping the car off because my screen that displays everything went black. The car was also developing a shake that, I feel, was never going to go away, no matter how many times you tried to fix it. So, seven years later, helpful, friendly Brian the car salesman is still with Acura :). To be honest, there is no other car out there, that has turned my head, that made me shop around. I bought a 2012 Acura RL in a different color. This time Graphite. The best part is, the car has hardly changed. Some things have been reversed in position, but you adapt. So that is why I bought another Acura RL & from Feder's Acura. More

I had purchased a 2009 MDX and was very satisfied.Any time I had service performed my car came back spotless.The service manager could not be more helpful.When I traded my MDX for a 2012 MDX Brian was gr time I had service performed my car came back spotless.The service manager could not be more helpful.When I traded my MDX for a 2012 MDX Brian was great.He programed all the necessary toys which was neat.When I had a question referencing one of the accessories Jim was kind enough to help me out. Bought a so called certified 2010 Acura MDX from this dealership. Not long after taking possession of the vehicle the left rear tire kept getting low so I took it to Firestone where I was told that the t dealership. Not long after taking possession of the vehicle the left rear tire kept getting low so I took it to Firestone where I was told that the tire had a plug installed in it that was leaking. When I called our salesman Ian @ Feder's to tell him about it I was treated like he could care less! "What do you expect me to do" is what I was told. Inspect your vehicles a little more closely especially one's that your dealership is classifying as CERTIFIED is what I expect you to do Ian and take responsibility. If you are selling a vehicle as CERTIFIED put a new set of tires on it or at least make sure that someone inspects the tires. These particular tires cost me $265.00 for one tire which I personally think Feder's should have paid for since the vehicle was sold as a CERTIFIED VEHICLE!!! I didn't damage the tire and if I was I would have taken responsibility for doing so. I thought going to Feder's Acura would be different experience than dealing with the hundreds of other sleazy dealerships in the area but I was wrong and this confirms it, Feder's is just another sleazy Orange County dealership that only cares about the sale and getting the vehicle off their lot!!! Our family loves our MDX but one thing I know for sure is that I won't be going back to Feder's to purchase my next one!!! More
