I wanted a more expensive vehicle and Bob could see that it was just to much for me right now. He was able to still meet my wants with a lower priced vehicle that he knew I could afford. The last thing he wanted was to see me in over my head. He won't put you in a vehicle or pressure you in to a vehicle just to make his money, he genuinely cares. Derek was also super nice, took his time with us, made sure we were getting everything we wanted, let us know step by step what he was doing and made sure I understood before I signed paper work.
