Went into the service dept to inquire about this key that under the dash with a light and my key fob not working. The guy there told not to touch the key with the light incase my car doesn't start. He told me that most likely I need to purchase a new key fob but didn't say if I could buy one there. He took batteries out of mine and didn't even know how to put them back in. Its like he didn't even want to help me. I can't even begin to tell you how stupid this is and for this guy to tell me not to touch something in my car incase my car doesn't start and im at mazda the dealer ship of my vechile. If this isn't so unprofessional I don't what is.. More
I have loved my car and would love to leave a higher review but after having my email to the service manager ignored I find this is the best place to air my issue. I bought my car certified pre-owned an review but after having my email to the service manager ignored I find this is the best place to air my issue. I bought my car certified pre-owned and you would think that means every thing would be pretty much like new condition and everything pretty much was except for the battery which was and still is showing signs of corrosion, when I brought it up to one of the employees in the service department he said "it is not a Mazda part so we don't have to check it or replace it unless it is dead". I even have a picture that show a little bit of the corrosion dated to my purchase date of the car. While my Subaru was living xxxx sometimes due to a meh interior the dealership took care of issues that they caused and would have covered something as simple as corrosion on a battery. In short lovely car, crappy response to an issue they ignored not sure I would get my car serviced here for anything outside of warranty work. More
Great I was very impressed with Richard my mechanic. He took me on a test drive to actually see if I could feel the pulling to the right. Espe insisted I test drive the new Mazda CX 5 I ultimately decided to buy and this enabled me to really review the features before making a final decision. Everyone at Mazda/Lithia including the finance officer and service personnel were great. More
