I paid 550 dollars for brake pads and rotors just for the front. I would say that price is very high compared to other vehicles. Will never go back to this service dept. this is the second time I've taken my car in and received horrible service.. It took 3 hours just to come tell me what was wrong with my car and I was the last p second time I've taken my car in and received horrible service.. It took 3 hours just to come tell me what was wrong with my car and I was the last person to leave at closing time..and to complain to the service manager is a waste of time. Was going to purchase another 300 but won't now due to the service dept. Not to mention the cashier was extremely rude!! More

Craig Kent my Service Advisor was great, Ive worked with him in the past as well. I seems to me that the quality of service goes down hill once you get inside to the cashier. In addition, On 1/16/2012 I took my Jeep in for recall work, about 30 minutes after I left the dealership I remembered it was time for a oil change. So I called, spoke with one of the cashiers, she said she would pass the request on, but really never did. I picked up my Jeep, and had to return again on 1/20/2012 for the oil change. Not Cool.. basically the dealer had my car for two (2) full days during once week, when everything could have been done at once. More
