I took my 2500 RAM in for 2 recalls. The people were polite, but I didn't like having to leave my truck there all day. They did provide a courtesy shuttle service, but if you live out of The people were polite, but I didn't like having to leave my truck there all day. I had to call to get an update on my service so that I could make the 3:00 shuttle service deadline to get picked up. I was stressing that it was 2:30 and I hadn't heard anything. If I hadn't called I would have missed the shuttle and I would have been stranded. More
