The service was good. I took my jeep in for some warranty work. They did fix it but aquired a noise when I picked it up. I took it back in and they gave me a car to drive I took my jeep in for some warranty work. They did fix it but aquired a noise when I picked it up. I took it back in and they gave me a car to drive while they were finding out what was wrong. Which they did get repaired at no cost to me. I thought that it took quite awhile for the repair that i first brought it in for. I had to rent a car at my cost the first time which cost me around $700 dollars out of my pocket. It would be nice in the future if the dealer would either pick up the cost for a rental or give a loaner car if it is going to be more than a couple of days for the repair. More

The day we purchased our Jeep we previously went to Mercedes Benz to purchase a G and sales. I have been in the automotive industry for over 8 years. The day we purchased our Jeep we previously went to Mercedes Benz to purchase a GLB AMG. But because people see me as a woman, they don’t treat me the same. The only reason I purchased from FRESNO JEEP and all only purchase from Fresno JEEP is because of Adrian and Javi. Adrian took the time to answer all of my questions, made it comfortable for my family and was not misogynistic or egotistical towards me. I will continue doing business with FRESNO JEEP if they are still there because of the amazing experience I’ve had with them and only them. I did not like the experience I’ve previously had with Clovis so I will no longer do business with the Clovis location. If you’re looking to purchase make sure you go specifically to Adrian and Javi. You won’t be disappointed. Plus I still love my JEEP! More
