I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. It was a little over 3 hours to complete this service with an appointment I had scheduled for 1:20 pm on Saturday 02/18/2012. I had a great experience at this dealership on 2/15/2012. I was greeted by Neal Cuddy as soon as I arrived. I was interested in the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and he showed me several models on their lot . He s I was greeted by Neal Cuddy as soon as I arrived. He showed me a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon and after a test drive I knew it was the one I wanted. Neal was very pleasant during the process and showed concern about getting me the best deal without a lot of nonsense. I was quite comfortable during the whole transaction. I will certainly recommend Neal and your dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I also have to give David in finance kudos for the way he handled my financing. I expected to get the hard sell for everything under the sun, but he asked me the right questions and helped me choose the best options for me.
