I went to 3 Ford dealerships trying to buy an Edge and they said they could not meet "my requirements." Payments way too high! I never thought about buying a Jeep, but started looking for a Dodge Durang they said they could not meet "my requirements." Payments way too high! Went in to test drive a car that Kyle felt would be a better fit for me...and drove off in a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Larado. Wow!! I love the car!! Kyle and Lazlio made buying a car fun; no pressure...just presented the facts of what they could do for us and it was an awesome deal!! Been back a couple of times to get someone to show us something and everyone is so friendly that it is like go home to family!! I tell everyone where we purchased our car...lovin' it!!! Both Kyle Bier and Mr.Work (forgot the man's first name) were excellent! They are friendly, not pushy a bit, and made for one of the best car buying experiences of my lifetime. i inquired about a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado LT with Z71 package that they had on their lot. Phillip responded back to me via email fairly quickly, gave me an OTD price, and i thanked him and waited to hear package that they had on their lot. Phillip responded back to me via email fairly quickly, gave me an OTD price, and i thanked him and waited to hear back from some other dealerships on Silverados that i was looking at. he emailed me the next day, kindly asking what i thought of the quote and what price it would take for me to take that truck off their hands. i gave him an OTD price because i would be traveling about 2-2 1/2 hours to pick it up, and also explained that there were other trucks that were Certified that were right about the price he quoted me. Phillip offered a manufacturer backed warranty that would take care of me similarly the way a CPO vehicle's warranty would and got closer to my OTD price that i offered up. we negotiated a little more and settled on something that i felt was a pretty good deal and warranted traveling from Elk Grove down to Fresno. from there, i dealt with his partner, Kyle, and then the finance manager, David. both were also a pleasure to deal with. overall, nice guys and were aggressive in making the sale, however, they weren't overly aggressive or pushy. would i buy there again? if i lived in Fresno, sure, or if they had another vehicle that i really wanted and gave me another killer deal. More

I took my Jeep down to Fresno Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to have an oil change done under a factory special. I called the day before to make an appointment and everything seemed fine. When I dropped my Jeep off first thing in the morning they told me it should be ready in an hour. Three and a half hours later I finally got my vehicle. While driving home I noticed the dealer had put a service static cling on my windshield (like most oil places do) that said they had used 5W30 oil. The owners manual calls for 10W30 and the professional references I have access to suggest that 5W30 only be used in low (ie <60ºF) temperature applications. That is to say, the dealer used the wrong oil. When I called to ask why the elected to use 5W30 I was told 'you'll be fine.' When I pointed out that the factory spec for my vehicle under the applicable conditions is 10W30 (5W30 is not recommended for the temperature range Fresno experiences) the service adviser gave me the 'you get what you pay for.' If they had told me upfront that they were going to ignore the factory spec and use a different viscosity oil I would have left and done the oil change myself using the correct lubricant. Their advisers where very rude and unprofessional. I have since heard similar stories from other people who have dealt this this dealerships service department. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone seeking service. More
