My wife and I went into Fresno Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland we saw online. We had worked with Kyle via email before going in. Kyle had pulled the vehicle off to the side and got it ready to show us before we had arrived. When we arrived, we were greeted and introduced to Kyle. He walked us out to the vehicle and took time to talk about its features and introduce us to the Overland trim. Kyle did a great job at spending adequate time with us and answering all of our questions. Even though it was 10 minutes to closing he even offered us to test drive the vehicle. I never felt like Kyle was trying to be pushy and force us into something we didn't want. Once inside Kyle sat down with us as we discussed buying the vehicle. He listened to our concerns and with the help of the staff we were able to make a decision that we wanted to purchase the vehicle. We felt like we were getting a fair purchase price on the vehicle. David did a great job at finding the right lender and getting us an interest rate on the financing lower than we expected. When we sat down with David to finalize the sale, he did a good job at listening to us and being thorough with the paperwork. We didn't feel like there were any hidden surprises that we weren't expecting. We were appreciative that he took the time to find us the best financing that fit our needs. By this time it was an hour after closing and we appreciated that the staff took the time to stick around and not rush through the sale. As we were waiting for Kyle to finish prepping the vehicle to drive off the lot, we appreciated that Tim took the time to introduce himself and thank us for doing business with him at his dealership. We appreciated that his staff spent adequate time with us to help us buy our new Grand Cherokee. Once outside, Kyle did a quick walkthrough of the vehicle and told us a few things about operating the vehicle. He told us we could come back another day and spend more time with him if we wanted to. We had done lot of research beforehand and had visited other dealerships in the area with no success. We felt like other dealerships didn't take the time to earn our business and see how serious we were about buying a Grand Cherokee. We were happy to get a good deal and work with a friendly and honest staff. We would definitely recommend Fresno Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. More

We were looking for a new vehicle for my wife. This would be our second Dodge in five years. Since we were treated well at our previous dealership and had even sent them another customer that purchased a veh be our second Dodge in five years. We were offered a vehicle that had next to nothing in comparison for a price close to what we paid at Fresno Dodge. Not to mention the financing (while not bad) was a better rate than the other dealer or myself could obtain. At first I really believed that our previous dealer was really going to take care of us. That they would make every effort considering we live a minimum of over four hundred miles from either dealership. After researching the ol' interweb I came across F.D. I contacted Kyle on the phone and was immediately treated like a normal person and not a number on the sales count for the month. He was very easy to work with. He took the time to get us the best possible deal (believe me, I researched for days) The price and financing absolutely put our other offer to shame, I mean horribly to shame. Once the general details were ironed out, we decided to head there and see what we thought in person. Once there, it was a very relaxed, easy process for once. Test drive, then paperwork went so fast and smooth that I thought I was dreaming. Even after all was said and done, Kyle took his time and explained every detail of our new vehicle, and that was a lot of stuff to go over. We are beyond happy with our experience at F.D. As for Kyle, I would return to him and buy another vehicle in a second flat. More

I was looking for a RAM 1500, and I looked at many dealerships online. I compared pricing, options, and distance from my home; the Fresno dealership had everything I was looking for. I filled out some information online and was emailed and contacted via phone call to see if the online sales representatives could further assist me. Both Philip and Kyle answered all my questions. When I went to the dealership to look/test drive I was met at the parking lot. Kyle was ready to show me the vehicle I was looking at and take me for a test drive. He was easy to work with when it came time for trade in value and pricing of the new vehicle. When it was all said and done, I got everything I asked for. I hate purchasing a car, however this time the process went very well. I found the dealer on line and all of the preliminary questions and answers were handled on line.
