After my routine oil change with the dealership, they informed me that I had a coolant leak. I made an appointment for the following week to have my Jeep GC worked on. I have been going to Fresno Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram going on 2.5 years now. I will NEVER buy another car from here again!!! I bought the extended warranty on my 2021 dodge Durango. I have taken my car in 5 on 2.5 years now. I will NEVER buy another car from here again!!! I bought the extended warranty on my 2021 dodge Durango. I have taken my car in 5-6 time for the GPS/radio malfunctions that popups everyday 2-5 times a day telling me to take my car in to get it fixed. And every time that I did take it in, I would get 1 of 2 responses, we can't duplicate the message or there is currently no update. The last time I took my car in was the WORST, I left feeling so cheated, lied to and very angry! I took my car in because there was a rattling in the front drivers side when I would accelerate above 30-35 mph, not consistently but frequently, enough to concern me to take time out of my day again. The second issue that I mentioned was that my car ran really rough, the best way i knew how to explain my service rep, Jorge, when I first turned on my AC this year. Signed my paper stating that if my warranty, which is bumper to bumper didn't cover it I would be responsible for $200 for each issue not cover. No worry here, so I though, because I'm covered. I get a call from the my service rep "Jorge" telling me car is ready. He continues to explain that the service repair men were unable to replicate the AC issue and the rattling in the front driver side was a loose bolt in the oil pan, possibly from my last oil change and that my bill would be $400. I laughed and said you're kidding right?!?! He said no. I asked what am I being charged from? He tried to explain to me that I signed the paper when i left the car and there is nothing that they can charge my extended warranty for because there was nothing wrong with the car. I said exactly, so you are charging me $400 to tighten a bolt?!?!? Basically. I paid the $400, I had no choice as I use my car for my job. And that is not the worst of it. When I went to pick up my car my radio did not work. When I left my car there it was working. I called my service advisor Jorge out to my car to show him and his response was we didn't work on the radio. I reminded him that when I left my car with him that morning it was working and now its not. He offered that he may be able to have a service rep look at, if I brought it in first thing in the morning. I asked if I would be charged for it, no response. I have not taken my car back since. A day later I received a voice mail from the service department manger , Wendy I believe is her name, requesting a call back. I called her back. No answer, left my name and number on her voicemail and I have yet to hear back from her. More
