Will never go back to this service dept. this is the second time I've taken my car in and received horrible service.. It took 3 hours just to come tell me what was wrong with my car and I was the last p second time I've taken my car in and received horrible service.. In addition, On 1/16/2012 I took my Jeep in for recall work, about 30 minutes after I left the dealership I remembered it was time for a oil change. So I called, spoke with one of the cashiers, she said she would pass the request on, but really never did. I picked up my Jeep, and had to return again on 1/20/2012 for the oil change. Not Cool.. basically the dealer had my car for two (2) full days during once week, when everything could have been done at once. More
