I purchased my vehicle in April of 2011. I checked out the Chargers a few nights before and I was ready to pull the trigger in making my purchase. I had a purchase program through work and did not have to the Chargers a few nights before and I was ready to pull the trigger in making my purchase. I had a purchase program through work and did not have to hassle with the staff, or so I thought. I worked with Kyle Bier to get the numbers done, financing and just crunching numbers. When we were done with that I wanted to make sure I received the car with a full take of gas since he mention he would just "put some in." He said no in a joking manner. Kyle then said, "I'll flip you for it!" He said it in a jokingly was as well. So we flipped a quarter and I lost. I told him Im glad your going to still fill it up. Kyle said no, since I lost the wager! I was a little upset and finally someone from behind the counter on the showroom floor told him to, "Just put gas in it!" Kyle then told me that he would fill it to half! I was irritated and just wanted to get out of there since it was already about 8PM. So I then sat with Laszio to get the paperwork done while Kyle went to get some gas and clean the car up a little bit. Laszio was a nice guy and offered me extended warranties and everything else that Kyle didn't cover. From there, I took delivery of the car. Kyle told me the check engine light was on and to come by in the morning to get it reset because someone opened the fuel door while the car was on. I then asked Kyle to take delivery the next day. Kyle was adamant to having me take the car that night. I returned to the dealership in the morning before I had to work and the service dept was going to write up a service order. Kyle came by and told hem to just reset the light so I would be on my way. Big mistake from me. I should have took a work order. It was raining that month and I was having issues with the door handles not working properly. I just thought I wasn't doing something correctly and just amounted those issues to user error. I ended up back at that dealership many, may times since then. Normally, I wouldn't write about this because the service experience would just be because of the car. The poor service did not stop. I took my car in on the following dates for issues, 5/16/11, 5/24/11, 6/13/11, 9/19/11, and 1/9/12. January is the month the service was terrible again. My bluetooth module went out on the car and the part needed to be ordered. Khalid told me he would call me when my part was there to replace my BT module. Khalid told me it could take a couple days... or up to 6 weeks because it was backordered. I understood and didn't find a problem with that so I waited. I waited through January, February and then March rolled around. I called the parts department and asked about the peice I needed. It turns out they had the piece there since January!!! During this time, my door handles were not working properly again. And by again, I mean the 3rd time. I didn't want to take more time away from work than I already had for my NEW car. So I went to the dealership and talked to Susan, the new service manager. I told her ALL of this. I was frustrated with the door handles and not getting a call back for a part AND having to do my own leg work to find things out. She gave me a loaner car, a Fiat 500. I had her keep the car a few days to check my door handles because they would go crazy either washing the car or in the rain. After 3 days she gives me a call that my car was ready and that they didn't find anything wrong with my door handles. I was happy because my bluetooth was finally working in my car after 3 months! One of the main reason I went with that particular package was the Bluetooth option, which I didn't have for (at that time) was 25% of me owning the car. I still was a little peeved because my door handles were not working. A week or two later I got a flyer from Dodge. The flyer was about FAULTY door handles! So I went back to the dealership to get the door handles replaced after they told me nothing was wrong! I wish this story ends here. It doesn't. My door handles still did not work properly, So I called up corporate Dodge. I submitted a case that my car was a lemon because the door handles didn't work properly ever since I got the car! Dodge told me the case was sent back to the dealership, Fresno Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, and I got the back and fourth for about 2 months. I finally went down to the dealership to see what was going on. They had a case manager named Brian on it, but he was on vacation. I then decided to just focus on work and live with it. June comes around and I finally get a call from Brian. He asks me to take my car into another dealership. He sends me to Selma. I did not have the time to take my car in because of my obligations I have. Today, September 10th, I finally had a day off during the week where I can take my car in to get it fixed. I am going picking my car up from Selma and guess what!? The service tells me that all of my recall updates to my car are done. Normally this is good news since I knew I needed to have a fuse replaced by a recall. Turns out, Fresno DID NOT perform these updates to my vehicle! I will talk to the owner of Fresno Dodge. The Finegan's have these commercials that state that they offer the best in class customer service since they are family owned and operated... I would not recommend their sales or service department to anyone. Fresno Dodge is the worst dealership I have ever been to, and just by association, I will never buy a Dodge again. I really just want my money back in full since my time cannot be returned! More

The experience was very pleasant. Neal was knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. When it came time to deal, it was not a pressure sales transaction. I went to 3 Ford dealerships trying to buy an Edge and they said they could not meet "my requirements." Payments way too high! I never thought about buying a Jeep, but started looking for a Dodge Durang they said they could not meet "my requirements." Payments way too high! I never thought about buying a Jeep, but started looking for a Dodge Durango and sent an email to which Kyle responded immediately, as did Phillip.
