I was looking for a RAM 1500, and I looked at many dealerships online. I compared pricing, options, and distance from my home; the Fresno dealership had everything I was looking for. I filled out some information online and was emailed and contacted via phone call to see if the online sales representatives could further assist me. Both Philip and Kyle answered all my questions. When I went to the dealership to look/test drive I was met at the parking lot. Kyle was ready to show me the vehicle I was looking at and take me for a test drive. He was easy to work with when it came time for trade in value and pricing of the new vehicle. When it was all said and done, I got everything I asked for. I was extremely pleased with the dealership, the sales personnel, and everyone involved in my sale. Thank you and keep up the good work. I hate purchasing a car, however this time the process went very well. I found the dealer on line and all of the preliminary questions and answers were handled on line. Kyle was nothing but kind, helpful, and patient. I never got the pushy and sleazy car salesman vibe that used to be the norm. The only reason I gave a 4 for quality of work, (and to be honest "quality of work" is a bit vague so forgive me if I'm interpreting it incorrectly), is because Kyle couldn't find the 2nd key so now has to cut me a fresh one and no one was on duty to wash the car before I drove it off the lot. Those things don't bother me really, I just got the impression that that's something they normally do for their customers and they were very apologetic for it. All that being said... Coming from a previous car-buying experience from the depths of darkness, Kyle and FCJ has officially restored my faith in car dealerships. Firstly, I located FCP from their website, which is very proficient, and their claim of "beating any written offer within 200 miles of them" and their "internet deals" hooked me. I immediately called and spoke to Kyle, whose warm telephone demeanor and confidence in working with me and my less than stellar credit instilled confidence and hope in owning a new vehicle. I made an appointment with Kyle, showed up on time, and Kyle immediately took us the back of the lot where the finest cars are kept. Kyle was very upbeat, positive, and honest throughout the entire time. What impressed me the most was the "unearned" trust Kyle and the dealership placed in us as potential customers--which is so very refreshing. For instance, when running our credit (the most nerve-wrecking time for me), Kyle left the car key on the desk with us. Furthermore, when the deal was made, Kyle permitted us to use our new car to run home and get my checkbook so I could write out our down-payment. This sort of trust really impresses me in this day in age where distrust seems to run rampant--we are good people and deserving of this treatment--not all people are bad. Furthermore, Ralph, the finance man, was very nice, informative, and genuine too--and we enjoyed doing business with him as well. Lastly, Kyle filled up the gas tank with a "why not?" response, which we very much appreciated and had the detail-men give the car a nice lil wash and we were on our way. We would, without hesitation, recommend this car dealership to all our friends and family in need of a great car and STELLAR customer service. We could not be any happier! Thank you. More

My wife and I came to Fresno Dodge/Fiat originally seeking a Cherokee. Brandon showed us everything they had and did a statewide search for us. We changed our mind a week later and decided on the Charger SXT. Brandon had the car sitting out of the rain for us when we arrived and answered any questions we had. I told him what we were willing to pay for the car and what we needed on our Jeep trade in. Brian managed the deal and was great, no BS, no extended haggling. He gave us a more than fair trade in and a great price over invoice, just like I had asked for. The lifetime extended warranty through Dodge was the cherry on top. My only criticism is the car needed a cut and polish as it had hard water stains all over the black paint. We didn't ask the dealer to fix it because it was raining the day of purchase and none of us saw the water spots until days later. This is a very minor detail and does not affect our positive buying experience with Fresno Dodge/Fiat. I would definitely recommend Brian and Brandon to my friends! More
