My experience for this past service center trip was the best I have had at either locations! My assigned advisor, Rosa, was friendly, great with communication, and made sure I understood the issue clearly. best I have had at either locations! When I initially dropped my Jeep off, I learned that she had been with this specific dealership/service center for less than a month.
