Wendy has made it very clear that she has no intention of making this right even though the service was paid for and the problem with the vehicle wasn’t resolved at all. Wendy has proven herself useless as a service manager or even as a customer service person of any sort. This should be resolved by either refunding the money I paid since nothing was resolved, or by actually fixing the problem. Wendy has stated directly that she has no intention of doing either. Therefore, my only recourses are to file a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair, then file a claim in small claims court. Wendy has made it clear that she doesn’t want to deal with me, and I’ve made it clear that I don’t want to deal with her. I just want my money back since my truck is in the same condition as when I brought it in, or I want it fixed.
