Brian was extremely helpful with the purchase of the 2008 Acura RDX that we bought. Originally we were looking at the MDX model because we owned one of these before and it was and still is the best car we've Acura RDX that we bought. Our objective this time was we wanted something similar to the MDX but maybe not quite as big. My wife loves sitting higher in an automobile when she is driving. The RDX filled the bill exactly. We are really enjoying this car and the comfort it provides to us. The service at the Fresno Acura dealership is second to none. Brian was there for us every step of the way and answered every question or got the answer(s) to any questions we had. Clint Sorensen, the general manager, joined us for a while in Brian's office and we enjoyed talking with him as well. We were introduced, by Brian Wade, to the parts department manager Matt Tanoury as well as the service manager Stacy Sanchez. That is what we consider service "above and beyond the call of duty". This is what every dealership should do when someone buys a new or used car, the salesman or woman should take the customer and introduce them to the parts manager and service manager. This makes the customer feel important and feel like they know the managers of these departments and can go to them anytime for service regarding their vehicle! Whether for car service or buying a new car, Fresno Acura is a customer-based business. Salespeople, mechanics, and secretaries greet me with a happy smile and hello. My salesperson, Harris Prieto Acura is a customer-based business. Salespeople, mechanics, and secretaries greet me with a happy smile and hello. My salesperson, Harris Prieto, was genuine, a great listener, informative, but never pushy. He is professional, yet like family - senses when a family needs to talk alone, and offers beverages. His sincere, polite, and friendly demeanor made him my go-to guy when purchasing other cars for family and recommending him to friends. Because of his patience and love of helping people, many times I have gone back to him for help on some gadget I can't get to work (programming the blue tooth calling, for example.) The excellent service department is welcoming, helpful, and gets the job done the first time. Customers can drop by without an appointment, and they do all they can to help(like if the windshield wipers don't work). More
I was in the process of making a buying decision between a Lexus and an Acura. I test drove both vehicles and was very impressed with both. Both cars were just as appealing, but I felt that Harris was easy to work with and trusted that my experience with the other employees at the dealership would be the same. The service deparment has been a pleasure to work with as well. My experience with them has been that they are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My next car is going to be an Acura and I will no doubt return to Fresno Acura and Harris to make my purchase. More

We haad a great experience with Brian when purchasing our new TSX Wagon. The dealership sent out a message that they might have a vehicle we wanted (I'd been in several time inquiring about the wagon) and I new TSX Wagon. Brian was actually on the phone to my wife when I walked up to his desk. We mad ethe deal with no drama and I was out in short order. I did not expect a deal on this vehicle, since availability was almost zero, but was not gouged either. I got exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Brian was great to work with. I also have to mention Carey Tutunjian in the service department. We also have a 2006 TL, and Carey is a big reason we wanted to purchase another Acura. He has been fantastic about taking care of us,even with problems that the dealership could have passed on. A huge thumbs up to Carey and the whole service department! More
