I'm so glad that I didn't throw this guy's card away. This fleet mgr lied to me. I called to test ride a corolla S and he said he had one available. So I drive 30 minutes to get there and when I arrive This fleet mgr lied to me. I called to test ride a corolla S and he said he had one available. So I drive 30 minutes to get there and when I arrive, he says it was just sold. How convenient! He says next one is coming is in a few days which have the same features he was telling me over the phone. (It was probably the same car) Next, we try to negotiate a price. So he gives me his invoice price on paper which is always bumped up and gives this spiel about how dealerships cannot sell under invoice. Then, I said I went to another dealership and got a price under invoice (which I did) and then he knocks $300. Didn't he just explain to me that you can't go under invoice??? Bait and switch, unprofessional, lies...strongly not recommended. A fleet mgr too!!! More

I was shopping around for a new Camry. When I ask for the exact price and monthly payment, they pressure me to sign and provide all kind of personal information in order for them to do the paperwork. After g exact price and monthly payment, they pressure me to sign and provide all kind of personal information in order for them to do the paperwork. After getting all the information, the manager walking around and come back 5' later with a piece of paper and start writing down how much does it cost and the monthly payment. Then he right away asked me to put down the down payment. When I said I'm shopping around for a good deal, he again pressure me by asking if I would buy right away if he give me the invoice price. When I said I would come back if the deal he gave me is good, he give me disrespected facial expression, laugh and walked away.<br>DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. More
