Great Experience! My wife and I had a great experience with Fremont Ford. We went in after work which was around 5:00 and all of the staff worked with us and did not l My wife and I had a great experience with Fremont Ford. We went in after work which was around 5:00 and all of the staff worked with us and did not leave until all of the paperwork, etc., was finished which was around 10:00 p.m. We felt like Luke, our salesman, the manager, and Kent all worked hard and kept an upbeat attitude even though it was hours after their dinner time and on to their bed time! We were able to drive the vehicles we were interested in and were able to get the information on each vehicle, pricing, payments, etc., and were given time to think about what would be best for our family. The truck was detailed and filled with gas for us to leave in which meant that the detail staff had to stay late too. We were very impressed that everyone was so dedicated. That type of dedication is very hard to find in America today! We work with the parts department through our employer and are always very impressed with how they handle our orders and deliveries. It's a great dealership! More

Excellent Experience I went in to have some warranty work done on my 2011 Ford F150. Your staff made a long distance purchase (we are in Florida) relatively painless, got us the vehicle we wanted, and accommodated my staff and temporary storage of my 36 foot trailer. We travel from air show to air show so time was a critical issue. The time to find and prepare the truck we wanted, and to process all the paperwork, only added 3 days delay to our travel plans, and did NOT impact our schedule.
