I had a 9:00 AM appointment for Fremont to service my Air Conditioner on my 2020 RAM 2500. I waited all day to hear it was done and ready for me to come get it. She was going to check on it and call me back. She never did. The dealership closes at 6:00 PM, so I went there, arriving around 5:30. It was done and they were just getting ready to call me.
