Service center is a joke. I brought my truck in a for one part and came back to a $2,000 bill due to service finding other issues, supposedly. When I asked for an explanation of my bill, the Service GM made up a story about how non-electrical and electrical parts were damaged by a bad alternator in different areas of the car. When I called a well known automotive service center to seek advice, they said whoever told me that reason. Either doesn’t know anything about cars or needs to make quota, or is both. Service people, some of them are good; most advisors as you know fall in the dealership culture. We got a car from here, and the salesperson was limping; so my wife got concerned and told him that she can give natural vitamin to take care of his problem. That salesperson got a bottle from her, never paid her and instead of payment started sending her indecent texts and photos. When my wife reported to his boss, his boss reported to the general manager and HR; all 3 said they will take care of the problem and they never did. The GM said, though it is quite indecent, it is your personal matter. Overall really unprofessional culture. Not against Chevy cars, but if you want them, do go to a professional dealer and not this one please. More

The car has been having issue with driver assist system. But the service center here is not able to diagnose what the problem is for months. It's been 4 months that my car is at the service center with no progress made. The service personnel were extremely rude when I questioned them on the strangely long duration it's taking to fix the car. When I told them that I don't understand why the repair process is taking so long, the response I got was - " We don't expect you to understand since you don't work in the car business". Please stay away from this dealership. The service department in particular. More

This is by far the WORST experience I have had, leasing a car. I have had many leases in the past from Honda, BMW etc. and all of these had been a breeze. Let me explain what happened here. I contacted this dealership regarding a BOLT EV LT 2018 lease and was promptly given numbers on the phone. The numbers looked good to me. As soon as I received the numbers, I scheduled an appointment for the very next day and drove all the way in heavy traffic from San Jose. I then test drove the car, liked it and began the paperwork. The salesman even setup logins, took copies of all documents etc. All positive till here. Now comes the NEGATIVE part. Once the initial paperwork was complete, my salesman went to meet his manager, (Isaac) to get his final approval. At this time, Isaac, informs that this deal was agreed with another manager, Matt, who was not in the office and that this deal cannot be agreed on. If the deal is to be agreed with Isaac, I have to pay 44 dollars higher, monthly. I really felt that there was something fishy. It felt like one of those dealerships who call you in promising to get you a cheap number and when you come in, they raise the prices. My salesman did his best to convince him, however he came back unsuccessful. I then told my salesman that I would talk to Isaac myself. Isaac refused to come and meet us and asked our salesman to have us LEAVE and come back when Matt was here. This is by far the worst someone can treat you, especially when you are their customer. By this time, even the car had returned from the detailing department and was all cleaned up and ready to be driven. We were at the delearship for almost 2 hours!!!! When I walked out of the showroom, they realized that I am not ready to pay 44 dollars more monthly. Today my salesman called and asked me to pay another 700 dollars more in the downpayment to get the agreed monthly price. In simple words, the managers except Matt ( I have not personally spoken to Matt yet), are big time crooks. They try their best to squeeze every single penny from their customers. They are too arrogant to even come and talk to their customers in person. I wasted my valuable time on Friday evening coming to this dealership. Hope the readers of this review will save their time. I will surely post this review to other sources as well, like Facebook, Yelp, cargurus etc. This will surely raise awareness. Bottomline: If you commit to a price, honor it. Don't fool your customers. Also, learn to talk to people before calling yourself a so-called manager. I really feel cheated!!!! More

Told him my camaro was making a rattling noise and it did not make the noise in front of him so he accused me of lying. He also kept making me uncomfortable by calling me love and saying that he is treating me like a daughter in front of my dad. Was told my car would be ready at 2pm on Friday. I called at noon on Friday just to confirm with my service adviser, Benny. He answered and said “i told you 2 o clock.” In a very rude voice and hung up on me. It’s now 4:30pm and I still have not even received a call telling me that it may take longer or anything. I have been bringing my car here to be serviced since I got it and I will not bring it back here because I am in utter disgust with Benny and his rude tone and accusing me of lying. Why would I bring my car in and spend money for no reason???? Terrible customer service. More
