This dealership is an incredibly unorganized operation. It is also an unethical establishment with ill-trained staff, as well as incompetent management. I reached out well over a month ago regarding a Maserati that they had received in trade. While a salesman (Andrew) contacted me quickly, he promised to check the car the next day and send images and videos and verify the overall condition of the car. The next morning, he texted and said the car was sold, which was very strange since it was supposedly going through service and he could not even access it to take a few pictures. Over the next month, the car was not removed from car selling sites and I reached out a number of days later thinking the deal had fallen through and was told by another salesperson that it had a few issues, parts were ordered, and there was no target time to complete the repairs due to the backordered parts. I asked to be put on a call list about it and never was contacted. I reached out to the GM of the dealership (Yama) on 11-25-23 and received no reply. Finally, just 2 days ago, Andrew called to tell me the car was finally ready to be sold with the repairs completed and that he would supply pictures and videos the next day. He reached out yesterday to inform me the car was actually sold and, although he took pics and videos, sharing those would be meaningless. I was flabbergasted and questioned the efficiency of their communication and awareness of what was going on and there wasn't a good answer to either of those questions. I seriously recommend staying away from this very poorly run and unethical dealership. More
I bought my vehicle from this dealership & the sales team is fantastic. Unfortunately, my one star rating is due to the customer service in the service center. When I purchased my car, it was in the middle o is fantastic. Unfortunately, my one star rating is due to the customer service in the service center. When I purchased my car, it was in the middle of the chip shortage my car came without the chip to the seat warmer. Luckily, I purchased my car during the summer -- seat warmers was the last of my worries. They informed me that I would get a call when the part arrived to schedule it to be installed. I finally received the call & scheduled the install of the chip, but they categorized it as a "recall" because I guess there was a recall on the chip that had been installed on other vehicles? Anyways, arrive at the dealership & drop off my car with the only female that works in the service department -- she sits in the middle desk. Get a call from dealership informing me that they no longer had the chip in stock. Okay, fine. Stuff happens. Go there to pickup my vehicle, when I mentioned the that I never had the chip that that was being recalled in the first place...the staff all chuckled & looked at each other with a side eye. Not incompetent. I know how to press the button to turn the seat warmers for my car. But okay, I can be a good sport & brush it off. The same female service rep stated that they would call me when they had the chip back in stock to make the appointment to get it installed. A couple of months later, I finally get that call. Show up to my appointment first thing in the morning at roughly 7:30am. Noticed that they we're too busy & went inside to check-in. Same female service rep was working. She told me to wait in my car & they will help me as soon as they're available. There was one car ahead of me, the customer had already check-in/dropped off their vehicle. Twenty mins pass & I am still waiting in my vehicle. A customer pulls up in a corvette wearing a business suit & another service rep came out to begin checking him in. As this point, I know I am being labeled as THAT customer & walked in to ask if I could just leave my key because my ride had an appointment I needed to rush out of there. They told me to fill out an afterhours form and leave it in the box. Didn't provide me with a pen or tell me where the afterhours box/form was. Grabbed a pen from behind one of their desks & followed their instructions. Received a notification stating that they had checked in my vehicle had been checked in at 8:14 am and it would be ready/promise time at 6 pm when the service center closed. It's 5:30 pm & still nothing. I live down the street and decided to uber to the dealership praying that I would get the notification stating my vehicle was ready. By the time I get there, still nothing. I walked into the office & talked to the same service rep & asked for the status on my vehicle. She informed me that my vehicle had not even been dispatched to be worked on & an appointment does not guarantee service -- it's just the drop off time. Now the second day I have taken off of work and still no update or process, so I ask if they could please release my car. She asked if I at least wanted my car washed. AT LEAST I could leave with a clean car, so I accepted & asked for the service director's card on the way out. Not once did I raise my voice or speak to their service team rudely/disrespectfully. That is not the kind of person I am & I am not sure what I did to the their service team. Called the scheduler who I am now on a first name basis and she stated that she had heard very similar feedback about this location specifically. She offered to email the service director & inform him about the situation. She gave me a call later in the afternoon stating that the service director would give me call by the end of the date. Still have not received a call from the service director. Great customer service. Please do better. Always choose kindness because someone could having a worse day than you. More
I had a frustrating situation recently in Fremont CA dealership. I ordered a Bolt EUV back on last August and I've followed up with sales every month and chased him to deduct the deposit. And until now dealership. I ordered a Bolt EUV back on last August and I've followed up with sales every month and chased him to deduct the deposit. And until now I follow up with my order they told me my car has been sold. If I want the car I need to mark up $3500. Is that the thing you guys do? sell customer's car and ask to mark up in the end...... that's nonsense. Looks likely even you pre-order the vehicle that is not secured. Someone from the sales team may sell your vehicle to other walk-in customers. More
Terrible service. Spoke with Alexis (sales person) Saturday morning around 9am. I told him I wasn't able to make it in until Monday but wanted to buy a Jeep they had Spoke with Alexis (sales person) Saturday morning around 9am. I told him I wasn't able to make it in until Monday but wanted to buy a Jeep they had on the lot. I was told if I fill out a credit report request they would hold the car for me. I had no problem doing that and assumed I would be good to go Monday. Just got off the phone with another sales person who told me they sold the car right after Alexis told me they were going to hold it. Trash company and lack of service. Dealerships like this are the reason people don't like dealing with car salesmen. Have some integrity. More
Dishonest and someone should probably sue the owner of this dealership under the Unfair Business and Professions Code 17200. I was told that I would be paying MSRP (minus discounts) for a Bolt EUV and on this dealership under the Unfair Business and Professions Code 17200. I was told that I would be paying MSRP (minus discounts) for a Bolt EUV and on that basis, drove down from SF. At the last minute, the finance manager told me that there was a pre-installed $999 anti-theft product that I could not turn down. I relied on the representation that I would be paying MSRP, not MSRP + a thousand dollar product that I affirmatively do not want, and wasted at least 4 hours. More
