As it turned out, we needed to go no further as we found what we were looking for right there. We then filled out the appropriate financing paperwork, then left. A few hours later we returned to find the entire team ready to quickly sign documents and get us on our way. Total time at dealership, less than an hour. Life is busy. I talked to Ty O'Neal, Service Advisor, who got my pick-up right in (this was on a saturday at about 1:30 pm - I have never heard of a GM service department being opened at this time and it was open until 5:00 pm). They dIagnosed what was wrong, Ty explained in detail what had happened, Shane Perry, Parts Consultant, had the necessary part in stock to fix it, the mechanics installed the part and I was back on the road within a short time. GM and Freemont Chevrolet should be extremely proud of these two gentlemen and their fine mechanics that made a bad day turn completely around into a wonderful experience. Oh yes, the mechanics even washed the vehicle, cleaned the inside, and even took out sandburs that got stuck in the tires at the break-down site. Your dealership has my highest recommendation, and should be used as a model for all other GM dealerships to follow or at least to attempt to model themselves after. WELL-DONE BY ALL!!! More

When we arrived at the dealership, both of the vehicles we were interested in were waiting in front of the dealership of us to look at. Needless to say, we had a very good experience. We were able to negotiate a good deal on the purchase of the Impala, and Fremont Chevrolet took care of the paper work while went and took care of other needs around town. I felt my time was valued and I didn't have to spend the better part of a day at the dealership trying to buy a new car. Very Satisfied. More
