I sent out an interest in buying a Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring Reserve vehicle via the Edmonds web site. Frank Aanenson, the sales consultant from Frema responded to the request quickly. They quoted a price that was really good; too good to believe. As it turned out, it was a mistake. Frank called me and told me the price they quoted was wrong. Howard, the sales manager, accidentally quoted a price on the lower trim level of the CX-5 Grand Touring. Their quote, even for that vehicle, was very competitive. Despite the mistake, Howard honored the quote. I suspect they took a loss on the car. But it was more important to them to do right by the customer than to avoid the loss. If you are in the market for a Mazda or Volkswagon, I'd recommend you give Frema Motors a chance to earn your business. More
