My wife went in for an oil change and was charged an additional $10 for an oil additive that she didn't authorize but they put on the work order that she requested it. The car was done after one hour b additional $10 for an oil additive that she didn't authorize but they put on the work order that she requested it. The car was done after one hour but they made her wait another hour while they did the paperwork to make sure they could quote everything they found wrong with the vehicle. After waiting two hours for the car she paid the $10. Also, she overheard one of their service people complaining about the person who used a coupon to get their oil changed while she waited. It was a coupon the dealership had sent her. I don't think we will be back. Very sad because I really like Toyota. More
