My experience buying a new Grand Highlander on 10-16-2025 was exceptional. I was helped immediately by the sales manager, Tony and a salesman, Josh. I am a previous customer at Freeway Toyota and 2 weeks ago was exceptional. I was helped immediately by the sales manager, Tony and a salesman, Josh. I am a previous customer at Freeway Toyota and 2 weeks ago my Highlander was totaled by a drunk driver. Fortunately, no one was hurt in my car. I needed to find a new car for my wife, who recently had major surgery and was unable to go shopping with me to purchase a new car. After showing several Highlanders to me I found one I thought my wife would like. Tony offered to take the car to my home, so my wife could see it. Tony showed the car to her and explained all the features to her. She was pleased with our choice and agreed to purchase the car after reviewing the cost and warranty coverages. Tony then processed the sale in a short period of time. Aaron, of the business department spent a great deal of time reviewing the specifics of the sale and the different warranties available. I was waiting for a settlement check from my insurance company which I expected to arrive on the 17th and would be the down payment for the new car. He said that he would continue the sales process and I could bring in the check tomorrow. Aaron was extremely thorough and informative through all the paperwork. Then Josh drove the car to my house and help set up the Toyota Connection App for both my wife and me. Everyone was so courteous and helpful and made the experience positive. That's why we returned to Freeway Toyota to purchase another car. More
