The new vehicle care plan is quite deceptive. We were told that we would have free oil changes and service appointments for the first few visits. Well, the “oil change” is free, but you have to p We were told that we would have free oil changes and service appointments for the first few visits. Well, the “oil change” is free, but you have to pay for the oil disposal fee. The tire rotation is free, but you have to pay for balance and alignment. This is a scam and we ended up paying more for a “free” oil change than if we had just taken it somewhere else or done it ourselves. Especially having to wait 2.5 hours; I am not sure this is worth the time and money. More
