Unwilling to work with you on price, a good estimate when buying a car from here is the unwillingness to negotiate with you on price and adding 10k to the sticker price. They have the typical sale guy tactic and wouldn’t show me a quote for the same car but new wouldn’t provide me actual service records besides car fax I asked if the transmission or diffs have been flushed and the sales rep pointed to a wiper service and car fax’s and said yayaya right here ya it’s been all taken care of. I asked what about the transmission and he flipped the page to the engine oil and said yayaya all here like I’m some incompetent person that can read what the actual service was. If it was just for me I would have walked out with how they were acting. Funny thing is I felt like we were wasting there time till my credit was ran and the entire mood shifted. But whatever we got a car. And there at least good at that walk in and expect to pay 10k above sticker price and leave with either a used or new car. More
