I was VERY pleased with the ease and efficiency of the transaction of purchasing my new vehicle! I felt no pressure. Lionel went above and beyond what I expected!!! I needed to get my vehicle back to my house and had no driver. He personally drove my old car back to my home with another person following him in another car to take him back to his office. IT WAS ABOUT A TWO HOUR DRIVE ROUND TRIP FOR HIM AND HIS ASSOCIATE! All I can say is WOW!! Thank You Lionel and Hanford Toyota!!! ABSOLUTELY 💯 LOVE MY RAV4 More

Beware! Beware! Dishonest, deceiving and will wear you down and change purchase numbers numerous times. They tried to add $4,000 to the sticker price for "de Beware! Dishonest, deceiving and will wear you down and change purchase numbers numerous times. They tried to add $4,000 to the sticker price for "dealer installed add ons." When I questioned this deception and asked Russell to show me where it said this in their website it was in very small print. Three tinted windows and etching the VIN on the catalytic converter and adding some plastic door ding protection doesn't cost $4,000 dollars. Typical smoke and mirrors auto dealership. Beware! More
