I was VERY pleased with the ease and efficiency of the transaction of purchasing my new vehicle! I felt no pressure. Lionel went above and beyond what I expected!!! I needed to get my vehicle back to m transaction of purchasing my new vehicle! I felt no pressure. Lionel went above and beyond what I expected!!! I needed to get my vehicle back to my house and had no driver. He personally drove my old car back to my home with another person following him in another car to take him back to his office. IT WAS ABOUT A TWO HOUR DRIVE ROUND TRIP FOR HIM AND HIS ASSOCIATE! All I can say is WOW!! Thank You Lionel and Hanford Toyota!!! ABSOLUTELY 💯 LOVE MY RAV4 More
