Went in for service for the first time to get 25K service. Thought that included an oil change. They told me it was not required for another 5k BUT DID IT ANYWAY and charged me for it. Everyone was friendly and the place was clean. Oh, they told me it won't take long at 7:30 am and gave my truck back at 9:30.... wow. also,, they did PREMIUM service.. I think it could have been less expensive non premium service but they did not ask or explain. More
I had my Camry Toyota scheduled for service on March 4, 2022. I was greeted and attended to right away by Carlos Cardoza. He showed me what needed to be done and explained each item to me. I waited from 10 2022. I was greeted and attended to right away by Carlos Cardoza. He showed me what needed to be done and explained each item to me. I waited from 10:30am to 2:30pm. It was not a long wait, unlike another dealership that I’ve frequented in the past. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service rendered. I will definitely return to this dealership for my next service. The worse service ever. The so called “director” of service and parts is a pathetic person. He does not have a clue of the essence of good business: keep customers.
