He succeeded. My car was under warranty and the repair was expected to take a day or two. I was provided with a new Ford SUV until my car repair was completed. The guys in the service area were quick and I was in and out before I could say Freeway Ford 100 times. So far, Brian 'walks the talk' and I appreciate it. More

Recall Correction I came in early and dropped off my vehicle with ease. The staff was friendly and receptive. I was able to get to and from work safely. DISCLAIMER: A rep called earlier and I had mistaken confused Freeway Ford with another dealership I dealt with over the weekend. I did not get an oil change from Freeway but given the cost at the other dealership I should have come over. I guess that's what happens when you're multi tasking at work. -doh More
