Front desk lady was great! The front desk lady Loretta was very professional and her hospitality was over the top. She offered coffee/hot chocolate and popcorn to everyone and o The front desk lady Loretta was very professional and her hospitality was over the top. She was kind enough to walk over to the machine and show him how to use water rather than milk. I manage at Trader Joe’s and I am very observant of customer service.
