I would put 0 stars if it was an option!! Quick lane- Went in for an oil change and it took 4.5 hours of waiting to get my car back. They said I stripped my oil pan and need to come up with $2 Quick lane- Went in for an oil change and it took 4.5 hours of waiting to get my car back. They said I stripped my oil pan and need to come up with $250 plus labor plus paying regular price for my oil change that took forever. After that, my car was leaking oil bad! I brought it back and they put in an oil pan and it leaked even worse!! I brought it back again. They had my car for a week and said the problem was not the oil pan, but the main seal. My car is still leaking really bad!!! My car had NO LEAKS before this oil change!!! I have always gone to Ford for my oil changes to make sure it was done right. I guess I got the wrong Ford Quick Lane tech and now my car, driveway & garage are messed up!!!! Thanks for nothing!!!! More

Doing A FANTABULOUS JOB !! I have been using the Quick Lane for the last few years since I purchased my Escape from Patrick. I will say that once you purchase a car you become I have been using the Quick Lane for the last few years since I purchased my Escape from Patrick. I will say that once you purchase a car you become family. Patrick knows my name and is super friendly and ready to help in any way he can. You don't buy a car and then they forget you. Rick in the quick Lane was very efficient on getting everything together ! I had issues last time and Rob made sure everything was straightened out and this time it was smooth as silk. If you ever have a problem...LET THEM KNOW, they will fix it. I will be back for my next oil change and hope that Rick is still there as he was SUPER at his job!! More

nice - easy check in - did what I asked and finished in good I live in the neighborhood and wanted to have that old relationship with a car dealer.
