Her breadth and depth of vehicle knowledge is comforting. It quells a lot of anxiety when an advisor such as she, can walk up, tell you exactly whats right or wrong, and how to remedy the situation. She makes customer service and satisfaction effortless. I also got the pleasure of working with Rick during my last visit. I enjoyed our conversation, I also appreciate that in his pointing out of a service that will need to be done down the road that he gave a realistic timeline rather than use scare tactics like other shops are known to do.
