I always treat my car to the service department at Freeway Ford. I always am greeted as a friend and the service department always takes care of all my cars needs. THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! I HAD BEEN SOLD A LEMON ... A CAR THAT HAD BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT IN CALIFORNIA AND THE AIRBAG DID DEPLOY ... I WAS NOT TOLD THE TRUTH ON THIS VEHICLE AND HAD BEEN SOLD A LEMON ... A CAR THAT HAD BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT IN CALIFORNIA AND THE AIRBAG DID DEPLOY ... I WAS NOT TOLD THE TRUTH ON THIS VEHICLE AND GOT RIPPED OFF!!! I WENT IN AFTER FINDING THIS OUT ABOUT THE CAR AND THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO FOR ME THEY EVEN ROLLED BACK THE MILAGE ON THE CAR!!! THEY ARE FRAUDS AND I TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER TO BUY FROM THESE SLEEZY PEOPLE EVER!!! THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO BUY A CAR!!! PEOPLE BEWARE!!! More
I bought a van and I had told them i was interested in buying the van, but i had to wait until i had a check clear my bank, they said that would not be a problem, they told me to write out the check and t buying the van, but i had to wait until i had a check clear my bank, they said that would not be a problem, they told me to write out the check and to call them when it cleared and then they would deposit it. The next day the check the check that I wrote out cleared my account and my account went negative, i am really upset about this because i would have waited to buy the van, I was told something else. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone and I probably will not go back, very unhappy customer. carrie oleson More
Freeway Ford was very helpful and efficient in the repair of our new (used) 2007 Ford Fusion My issue is with Ford Motor Company. We recently purchased a 2007 Ford Fusion, and it's a great car, however recen of our new (used) 2007 Ford Fusion My issue is with Ford Motor Company. We recently purchased a 2007 Ford Fusion, and it's a great car, however recently we discovered that is was leaking fluid. I brought it to Freeway Ford on April 14th, 2011 and explained the issue. The problem was diagnosed as a leaking PS hose and it was replaced. However, the vehicle only has 34K miles on it, and I believe that this should be covered under Ford's warranty program. This is not caused by abuse, road-wear or long time in service, this is a bad hose that was installed on the car in 2007. This was not a little leak, this was a gusher of PS fluid. I have had GM vehicles for years and 110K+ miles and have never had a PS leak on them like this, it should be covered by Ford's warranty!! I feel that this repair and PS hose assembly should be covered by Ford under the 5year/ 50K mile Power train warranty. This vehicle has only 34,000 miles on it! My service rep, Lewis, was great and very helpfull. My overall rating was good and not great because of the overly infalted prices of your replacement/service parts. The vast majority, if not all of the replacement parts which are the exact brand that Ford uses,can be purchased on-line or at an auto parts store for less then Ford charges. As an example, I drive a 2010 Mercury Manier Hybrid(love the car)and it needed a replacement Battery Air Filter, Ford's price for the filter was $44.95, I can but it for $25 which is a savings of $19.95 or 45% cheaper! I am very disappointed that you chose to discontinue the owner advantage program without notification. I requested a return phone call from Mike Umlauf but he failed to return my call.
