brought my truck in for service 6 weeks after buying the truck from freeway ford,had some recall work done,rear end seals replaced and checked on the nocking sound(slap in the pisten)also asked them the che truck from freeway ford,had some recall work done,rear end seals replaced and checked on the nocking sound(slap in the pisten)also asked them the check on the power steering pump cause it winds all the time,everything was fixed except they never even looked or said anything about the power steering pump witch is still making the noise.........the problem that I have is that now I have to bring it in again and pay more money,not very good costumer services if you ask me.....payed way to much for this truck after finding out whats wrong with it and now they just want to suck my out of some more money.I do think they should look at my truck again at no charge but they keep telling me I have to pay a nothing 60 for them to found out whats wrong More

We purchased a 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid, a really nice car and had a remote starter installed on it. So far so good. We really appreciated the friendliness and competent service we received from Jim Alexander and had a remote starter installed on it. So far so good. We really appreciated the friendliness and competent service we received from Jim Alexander and Sales Mgr. Doug _________. The car was serviced and all ready to go as promised on Saturday morning. Jim took lots of time with us showing us the car's features and how to operate the remote start unit. We appreciated all of that. Since the car is a factory "buy back" vehicle from California, we also appreciated the assurance that Jim and Doug gave us about the measures that Ford Company takes to ensure that these vehicles are okay. I called one dealership, yours. I asked for new truck sales..got Bill Campbell..told him what I wanted..he did the work. He was fun to work with and got the truck from out of town..just so you know the truck was for my husband, he will only drive a ford truck, he is like a commercial for Ford..oh...and he went out of town the minute he got the truck to go hunting in th middle of nowhere in Big Fork, Mn..and locked his keys in the truck while showing it off to his brothers...go figure...called..ROAD SIDE SERVICE..the guy was there within two hours..great story..they stood around and talked hunting and trucks...such a guy thing...so there...also this is our 4th Ford truck in 34 years.. Whether I go in to see Bill in leasing or Mike and his crew in Service, I am always treated with respect and kindness, and made to feel like a member of a special family. Even when I am there to complain crew in Service, I am always treated with respect and kindness, and made to feel like a member of a special family. Even when I am there to complain or to try and act out a noise my car is making or describe something weird my car is doing, no one treats me like I am the one who needs an overhaul. I have such confidence in and TRUST for the emplyees at Freeway, that when I went in to say farewell to Bill and to wish him well in his retirement, I walked out sad that he was leaving, but smiling because I had signed for a brand new 2012... Never visited the dealership. Started the transaction via internet and email. Finally talked to Derek Jones and we discussed pricing to the point I was ready to make the deal. At that point I explained it was not for me, but for my partner. He seemed okay with it and said he would be over on Friday. Friday came and went, no call, no show. Sent an email asking what's up? No response. Still no response. Apparently Freeway Ford is selective in who they will sell to. Be warned and don't waist your time with them. Less than a week later, we have purchased a new Ford from Tousley. They were the best and couldn't have been nicer. More
