I had a recall fix at this dealer for my 2015 Ford Explorer. The scheduling assistant was very friendly over the phone, they got the job done in a few hours, and they provided a courtesy shuttle to an Explorer. Additional Problems I had brought my truck in for a couple recalls and general maintenance. I also told them I had a small oil leak on my driveway. They told me it was only a seal needed on the oil plug. Less than one week later I was back now with a much larger oil leak on my driveway. Now I was told that I needed a different part replaced for an additional $400.00. I find it hard to understand how in less than 1 week after service, that this new leak suddenly appeared and was to be repaired on my dime. More

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will do anything to avoid going to Freeway Ford ever again. Mr. Gustafson is consistently rude and condescending in manner and tone, interrupting, c I will do anything to avoid going to Freeway Ford ever again. Mr. Gustafson is consistently rude and condescending in manner and tone, interrupting, cutting off and speaking over me and other clients. He quickly escalates a conversation into a shouting match. Over the four years since I purchased my vehicle here, Mr. Gustafson has repeatedly demonstrated a lack of respect for vehicle owners, and a lack of caring about the vehicle itself. He has, perhaps single-handedly, managed to turn me against the Ford Company for life. More
