This is the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle and I have purchased many Thomas was always prompt with a response to text or a return phone call, fully communicated with me and always took his time with our conversations, never making me feel rushed. After getting the car, I noticed a slight tear in the arm rest, Thomas jumped into action and got it replaced within a day or two. I highly recommend this dealership and Thomas. He will also give you some great cooking tips as well. More

Fantastic Service On Oct 4, I pulled into the Quick Lane with a Tire Pressure Light on and the feeling that the left rear tire was slowly losing air. The crew at Freewa On Oct 4, I pulled into the Quick Lane with a Tire Pressure Light on and the feeling that the left rear tire was slowly losing air. The crew at Freeway Ford helped immediately and found that the outer bead was leaking and the valve stem needed to be replaced. Within 30 minutes, everything was fixed and I was back on the road. The service advisor Louis Hardin and the mechanic couldn't have been more accommodating. Very professional, friendly, and courteous. Excellent to work with. Thank you! More
