Every time I have bought a car through any dealer I've owned a lot of cars, and without exception, I've resented the buying processes for all of them. Every time I have bought a car through any dealership, I've felt as if I was being stripped down to my shorts and put under a microscope to reveal all my flaws, faults and shortcomings. Then, I met Deb at Freeway Ford. She had my car, my color, my features and a discount pricing structure with terms I couldn't pass up. But when we went into the process of securing financing, I braced myself for the microscope. There wasn't one. The whole thing was detailed but painless and I drove the car home that night.
